Well it turns out that Alfred Molina who played Dok Ock in Spidey 2 would love to come back for another movie. Molina said that he loved making Spider-man2 and he thinks it's a shame that his character died, also that " Villians in comics don't die... they just dissapear". Now the chances of Alfred Molina coming back for 4 are highly unlikely, although who... knows Dock Ock might be back ( i highly doubt it).
I think these are the best villains in the series so far in order:

I would love for him to return but i cant see how he would as he has been forgiven so unless he goes mad then no i dont think he will return.
